Energy Performance Certificates and Home Condition Reports

Amongst the required documents of a HIP (Home Information Pack) is the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), which requires a licensed Home Inspector to survey the property and submit a report based on the findings. Arch Associates are a group of Home Inspectors and DEAs with a vast amount of experience in the building industry and covering a wide area. Arch Associates can provide both the Energy Performance Certificate and the Home Condition Report. Under the legislation governing Home Inspectors, we have to be professional, diligent, accurate, fully conversant with building regulations, health and safety regulations, and the Data Protection Act. Failure to meet these standards will result in the licence being revoked.
